The company can manufacture 300 sets of die-casting dies and 6000 tons of die-casting aluminium alloy parts per year.The company has 16 large，medium and small die-casting machines, ranging from the clamping force 280T to 2000T and 58 imported CNC machining centers,  including 5 South Korea-made horizontal four-spindle double-working-table ones and 3 vertical double-working-table ones. The CAD/CAE/CAM computer networking system is used in design and manufacture of moulds.The company also has many advanced measuring and test equipments including USA-made three-coordinate measuring devices, pulling force test device, Germany-made spectrograph, roughness test device and hardness test device.

The main and leading products provided by the company include offering clients moulds of automobiles and motorbikes, auto parts, parts of electric generator and engine,precision processing aluminium alloy products as well as after service. Among them, outboard engine series of yacht, general-petrol engine series, single cylinder/double sylinder electric generator series of diesel engine, engine series and auto part die-casting are all fine machining before leaving the factory.
